Do you desire to conquer fears and overcome roadblocks for your happiness and well-being?

Do you want to strengthen your communication and connection with your partner?

Perhaps you know what you want & don’t know how to start.

Hi, I’m Morgan, and I want to help you break free from the bondage of the past, live joyfully in the present, and look towards the future with hope and enthusiasm.

Let’s work together to identify these painful feelings. Then we’ll work together to heal the hurt you’ve carried for so long, we will tame your “inner critic,” and overcome challenges within your relationships and life circumstances that have caused you so much distress.

I believe there is power in creating trust between client and counselor. I am passionate about “digging deeply” to help identify and enhance your strengths, conquer obstacles, and achieve your life dreams. My goal is to provide a safe therapeutic space that fosters self-discovery, healing, and transformation.

My specialties include evidenced-based therapeutic interventions including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Brainspotting Therapy. I am both a Certified EMDR and a Certified EFT therapist. As an EMDRIA Approved Consultant I also help train other therapists in learning EMDR. I am passionate about my work as a therapist and consider my role to be much more than a job — it’s my calling.

As a wife and mom, my family keeps me on my toes as I attempt to embrace the organized chaos this season of life brings. It’s always an adventure with our delightful and spunky 3-year-old and our adorable yet daring 1-year-old. Thankfully, I have an amazing husband who is my rock, keeps me sane, and supports my work wholeheartedly.

Research tells us that being in a loving relationship increases our caring and compassion for others, our family, and our community. I’ve experienced this first hand. As Sue Johnson says, “being the ‘best you can be’ is really only possible when you are deeply connected to another. Splendid isolation is for planets not people.” My faith and trust in God continually renews my strength, gives me hope, and helps me see the light in the darkness. We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure.-Hebrews 6:19

I would be honored to help you create the life you want to live. Are you ready to take that next step in the journey towards happiness and fulfillment?

We won’t just “talk” about your problems; we’ll overcome them together.
