Session times range from 55-85 minutes, depending on our work and treatment. I am available for appointments on some evenings. Right before our first session I’ll send over my introductory paperwork online. That way we can jump right in when we meet during our first session.
Initial Intake Assessment (80 Minutes): $265
Individual Therapy (50 Minutes): $165

Payment is due at the time of the session. I accept cash, check, or credit card payment through my secure online system, Simple Practice. Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) are also accepted.
I am able to provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance company. Typically, insurance companies reimburse you a portion of your expenses from counseling, but different insurance companies reimburse at different rates.
My practice is a private pay practice and I do not bill insurance directly for my services. I am considered an out-of-network provider. This means that if you have out-of-network benefits you may be eligible for full or partial reimbursement for your therapy services by your insurance company.
I advise all clients interested in out-of-network reimbursement to contact their insurance provider directly for more information. Here are some important questions to ask your insurance company:
Because both your time and your treatment are important, your appointment time is specially reserved for you. With this in mind, please note that if you cannot keep your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is needed. All missed appointments or cancellations made without 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.
Effective January 1, 2022 under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, a ruling went into effect called the “No Surprises Act” which requires practitioners to provide a “Good Faith Estimate” about out-of-network care. At Healing Hope Counseling, we work from a place of transparency regarding the cost of therapy sessions and collaborate together on the length of treatment and overall care.
